I believe that dress was part of the Farah Angsana spring 2011 show. Not sure if it was the spring show though but I think it was at mercedes-benz fashion week. I’m afraid I don’t know the stylist’s or model’s name, but perhaps you can find out through a google search now that you know which show this photo was from :)
